Our Onboarding Process
We don’t just match people to jobs. We carefully prepare both the learner and the employer to make sure every placement is a success.
Our candidates are young people and adults with learning disabilities who have been trained by Brighter Futures College in real-world vocational skills.
Our partner employers are businesses who have also completed our specialist training, so they fully understand the support needs of our learners and how to create an inclusive workplace.
This way, every placement is thoughtful, supported, and set up to thrive.
Our Onboarding Process
For Learners
Complete vocational training with Brighter Futures College (e.g. hospitality, floristry, administration, printing).
Undergo a short work readiness program with our job coaches.
Meet with our team for a skills and support needs assessment.
We then match you only to employers who have been fully trained and are committed to inclusion.
For Employers
Attend a specialist training session with Brighter Futures on how to support employees with learning disabilities.
Learn how to make small but powerful adjustments to ensure placements succeed.
Gain access to a pool of talented, work-ready candidates with ongoing job coach support.
Benefit from continued mentoring and check-ins to ensure a smooth placement.
